The reasons for back injury are almost always releated with repeated suboptimal movements or posture and sometimes with an accident but result in injuries of different tissues and positions. Their comprehension builds the foundation for a successful therapy.

The examination and treatment I use follow the methodology developed after decades of research by Dr. McGill.

We discuss the best rehabilition strategy, I coach you through your new posture, movement patterns the additional exercises. You recieve my report and your individual rehabilitation plan with all necessary information and pictures.

Good to know

  • In some cases and for people who struggle with new movement patterns coaching on regular basis is suggested for the beginning.
  • The same procedure can be followed post surgery.
  • Depending on the case, a traditional Thai Massage can help you to start your rehabilitation plan. However the assessment has to be completed, so I can adjust the massage to your pain mechanisms.
