PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal Training in nature. Single leg stability and body awarenes with elastic band.

In a personal training session, we focus 100% on your goals, your health condition and anatomical characteristics.

Depending on your goals, we can focus among others on the following areas:

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Small group trainings are sessions in groups of 2 to 6 people. The most important requirement for a successful small group training, is that all participants have the same goals. The main elements and possible goals goals are the same as in personal training. The groups are closed and defined by you.

For clubs etc. with the goal to maximize their performance and minimize their injury rate Strength & Conditioning Coaching is suggested. The sessions are adjusted to the physiological und biomechanical demands of each sport and take place under consiliation with the head coach.
