People who are working out without coaching or even have planned their training program alone, experience often a moment, where they cannot keep improving or lose their motivation for exercise. Most of the times simple but important tricks can help them overcome this plateau.

Consulting

Do you plan your workouts alone but need some help? Do you want to discuss any health related issue?

In our appointment we will discuss your personal questions or wishes. You will understand the most important body functions, training principles and specific strategies on how to incorporate them in your daily life and future plans even without help. We adjust your plan together so you can start the same day.

The service of consulting is possible for the following goals:

  • Generall fitness
  • Chronic diseases
  • Body posture and movement patterns
  • Endurance
  • Strength and/or building muscle mass
  • Flexibility
  • Speed
  • Body weight reduction

For questions about technique of specific movements or exercises, running technique etc. we meet at your training place so that we can scan and optimize your movement patterns.

Training planning

Individualized training plans are ideal for everyone who is training on their own but prefer to grant the planning to an expert.

In this section you can choose between two options: Training planning or training planning + coaching.

In both options I plan your whole training schedule for 10 weeks + introduce you to the plan with a private training session.

In the option training planning + coaching you have the extra service to be in weekly contact with me (E-Mail, Tel., Videocall etc.) in order to make readjustments to your plan (if this is needed) and to coach and motivate you throughout your training period.

Obviously before both options we discuss your goals, health condition, background etc.

Both options are possible for the following goals:

  • Generall Fitness
  • Chronic diseases
  • Endurance (e.g. long distances, team sports, martial arts)
  • Strength or/and building muscle mass (for strength athletes or as a supplementation)
  • Body weight reduction

Both options are easily combined with the sports performance evaluation service.
